Ken Januski is an artist living and working in Philadelphia, PA. He studied art at City College of San Francisco, University of California at Berkeley and Cornell University. Though his artistic training is primarily abstract he has worked in a naturalistic style since 2006. Most of the works for sale here are naturalistic works done in pen and ink, charcoal, pastel and watercolor. It also includes some older abstract drawings. Please use the category links at left to explore what is available here. Ken's web site includes a more complete selection and explanation of his work but works cannot be bought there. It also includes larger and more detailed photos of his art work.
All of the bird art is unmatted and unframed. Most of the insect drawings are framed. They are made from poplar or Philippine mahogany. 'Seed Bug' is a typical example of a framed insect drawing.
